KIMBERLEY FACILITY CLOSED DURING EVACUATION ORDER

If an evacuation is ordered for Kimberley, the Kimberley Medical Clinic building will be closed and not accessible to patients.  We recognise this is a challenging time for our patients and community, and we are committed to continuing to provide medical care while the evacuation order remains in effect.

All appointments booked on the day the evacuation is ordered,  will be cancelled. If you still need an appointment, please rebook once our phone service is available.

APPOINTMENTS BOOKED DAYS AFTER THE EVACUATION IS ORDERED

Appointments booked in the days after the initial order is issued will be changed to phone call appointments.

Your physician will call you at the phone number provided at the initial booking. 

If you are unable to answer at the time of your appointment, please rebook if you still require an appointment.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT

During your telephone appointment, physicians can assess many non-urgent medical concerns, discuss test results, provide medical advice, and renew prescriptions.

 

If your concern requires an in-person assessment, your physician will discuss the most appropriate next steps with you, including arranging an appointment at a clinic or facility in Cranbrook
